At Casenea, we deliver mobile accessories across India, with a special focus on providing fast delivery across Kashmir.

1. Delivery Across India

Casenea delivers to serviceable locations across India, subject to PIN code and courier availability.

Our delivery times vary depending on your location.

Kashmir

For customers in Kashmir, we offer fast local delivery with estimated delivery times of:

Same Day Delivery — available for selected locations and orders
1–2 Days — for many Kashmir locations
2–3 Days — for other serviceable Kashmir locations

Same-day and faster delivery availability may depend on your location, order time, product availability and courier/local delivery capacity.

Rest of India

For customers outside Kashmir, delivery generally takes approximately:

2–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

For eligible Kashmir orders, we may process and dispatch orders faster to provide same-day or next-day delivery where available.

During sales, promotional periods, holidays, high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.

All delivery timelines provided by Casenea are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available only for eligible locations and orders.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable mobile number.

Casenea may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address or failed delivery caused by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier or delivery partner may make multiple delivery attempts depending on the location and delivery service.

An order may be returned to Casenea if:

The customer repeatedly refuses delivery.
The customer is unavailable after delivery attempts.
The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
The customer cannot be contacted using the provided phone number.

If a returned order needs to be shipped again, additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.

9. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and orders.

COD availability may depend on your location, order value and other factors.

Customers placing COD orders are expected to accept and receive their orders.

Repeated refusal or misuse of COD orders may result in COD being restricted or unavailable for future orders.

10. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when you receive it.

If the package appears damaged, we recommend taking photographs or recording an unboxing video before opening or using the product.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

11. Missing or Incorrect Products

If an item is missing from your order or you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at:

12. Delivery Confirmation

An order may be marked as delivered when the courier or delivery partner records successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Casenea as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the relevant delivery partner.
